Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who supports the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will help prepare advertising materials, show units, screen applicants, and maintain rental and lease records.

You’ll work to ensure accurate invoicing, processing applications, and coordinating with the Community Manager for approvals. You’ll assist with renewals, notices, and resident communications while upholding policies.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Apartment management experience preferred.
• English proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels and leases.
• Process applications and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Manage communications with residents and vendors.
• Assist with renewals and notices.
• Handle rent payments and deposits.
• Prepare and file lease paperwork in Yardi.
