Job summary

You will work under the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, accurate records, and a welcoming, service-first environment for residents, vendors, and team members.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and collaboration across departments, with attention to safety, presentation, and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Highschool or equivalent required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CALP or CAM are a plus.
• Prior experience in property management is required.
• Solid understanding of leasing processes and compliance standards.
• Proficient documentation and data management for audits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and renewal activities to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate leasing files, applications, and documentation.
• Assist with rent collection and track unit availability for reporting.
• Collaborate on development and execution of community events and resident engagement.
• Coordinate digital marketing across ILS and social media to support occupancy.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff for work orders and unit turns.
• Process invoices timely and assist with budget tracking and variance reporting.
• Provide prompt, professional service to residents, vendors, and team members.
