The role focuses on revenue, occupancy, and regulatory compliance, with full-time hours and pay in the mid-20s per hour plus incentives. On-site property operations emphasize guest experiences and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Assist in leasing and move-ins while delivering excellent resident experience.
• Coordinate marketing, inquiries, tours, and renewals to hit occupancy goals.
• Handle rent collection, delinquency tracking, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and applicable regulations.
• Work schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Report to Community Manager and collaborate with on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional resident experience by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units and keeping model clean.
• Drive leasing from inquiry to move-in; conduct tours and coordinate seamless move-ins.
• Manage move-in/move-out inspections and lease renewals; track occupancy.
• Oversee rent collection, payments, and monthly financials; maintain delinquency control.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and regulations.
• Support marketing and events to boost occupancy.
