Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Gresham, OR to support daily property operations and collaborate with the Community Manager. You will ensure excellent resident service, handle leasing, and maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced multifamily setting.

Responsibilities include showing units, processing applications, managing move-ins, and resolving resident concerns while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPM, CAM, RMP or CMCA certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years of residential property management experience in multifamily.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Update unit availability daily and process rental applications promptly.
• Process collections according to company standards.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Manage calendars for scheduled move-ins and ensure move-in standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
