Sharp Management is seeking an assistant community manager to support daily operations of our apartment community in Warner Robins, GA, closely partnering with the Community Manager to oversee leasing performance, collections, resident relations and admin functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, financially minded, proactive, and capable of balancing customer service with accountability, delivering an excellent resident experience through quality service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supporting rent collection efforts and managing delinquency
• Assisting with financial reporting, variance explanations, and budget tracking
• Processing applications, renewals, and lease documentation
• Supervising and supporting onsite team members when needed
• Handling resident concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulation
• Participating in on-call rotations as required
