2B Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Cunningham in West Des Moines, IA. The role focuses on day-to-day property operations, rent collection, and leasing, with emphasis on community building and resident relations.

The ideal candidate has strong relationship skills, closing aptitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to impact the properties and residents served.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years residential leasing and/or property management experience.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and post payments; maintain balanced rent roll.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and notices.
• Process evictions and serve notices; attend court hearings.
• Lease apartments as needed.
• Assist with resident retention and organize social events.
• Assist Property Manager with training staff and operations.
