Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests with courteous, effective service.
• Collect rents and monitor evictions, skips, and move-outs; visit units to verify occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move-in/out files and input data into property management software.
• Oversee renter’s insurance procedures and deposits; process applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and tidy the workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and market conditions.
