Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect rent and monitor audits, evictions, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals; input data into property management software.
• Maintain resident renter’s insurance procedures and process applications.
• Keep model/target apartments ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Stay informed on lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Engage with apartment locator services and local businesses for information.
• Conduct outreach marketing and analyze competing properties.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Report unusual circumstances about the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
