Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard office software and on-site rental systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate resident records, updates rents and deposits daily.
• Issues notices for late payments, evictions, and memos as needed.
• Processes move-ins/move-outs and prepares deposits for banking.
• Handles telephone inquiries, directs callers, and supports leasing staff.
• Markets the property through calls, mailings, and referrals, conducts showings and leases apartments.
• Produces weekly/monthly reports for the Community Manager and prepares newsletters.
