Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented Community/Assistant Manager to oversee financial operations at a midrise property in Georgia. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, and monthly close-outs while ensuring adherence to lease terms and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software. On-site supervision and coordination with maintenance will be essential, along with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in residence life and/or property management supporting day-to-day operations.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, post payments, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare financial reports.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensure data integrity.
• Review resident files to determine unpaid fees, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Review and submit vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with owners and clients.
