Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial operations, rent collection, and reporting. You will use Yardi/OneSite to record transactions, prepare monthly close-outs, and ensure accurate cash flow and vendor payments.

A strong emphasis on customer service and lease enforcement will help maximize revenue. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management or residence life, with a degree in business and solid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management that shows operations, sales, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and payments, posts transactions, prepares deposits and reconciliations.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) accurately and updates data.
• Reviews resident files for delinquencies; communicates balances and enforces leases to maximize revenue.
• Reviews vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates payments with management and owners.
• Supports evictions procedures following legal requirements and notices.
