Job summary

CCMC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations, uphold community standards, and engage residents in a master-planned neighborhood in Phoenix. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, compliance, and service excellence.

You will assist with design reviews, oversee staff and contractors, and participate in meetings with residents and committees. A CAM license is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience.
• 2-3 years in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a commitment to high customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and uphold community standards.
• Conduct monthly inspections and track compliance using online tools.
• Provide information and education to homeowners regarding Deed Restrictions and benefits of Association living.
• Oversee projects and liaise with service contractors and vendors.
• Onsite contact for assessment collections and monitor payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives for assessments.
• Work with the Design Review Committee in the design review process.
• Oversee selected site staff and grounds services teams.
• Interact daily with residents and volunteers; attend Board and Committee meetings.
