Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable to support property operations, ensure LIHTC compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service at Cypress View Villas. You will mentor leasing teams and drive resident satisfaction in a collaborative environment.

The role requires experience in residential leasing/property management, with LIHTC knowledge and a background in supervising staff. LIHTC familiarity and Yardi use are highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, or property management experience.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Experience leading and supervising staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and leasing activities.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and conduct inspections prep.
• Monitor resident inquiries and promote satisfaction.
• Mentor leasing team and support the Community Manager.
