Job summary

Related Affordable seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of a 249-unit affordable housing community in Chicago, IL. You will work with the Community Manager to foster a welcoming environment, handle administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations.

You will assist in leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while coordinating with maintenance and vendor partners to maintain a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing leasing activities, marketing, and resident recertifications.

• Address resident concerns and organize retention events.
• Ensure adherence to affordable housing program requirements and audits.
• Collaborate with maintenance for proper property upkeep.
• Prepare reports to monitor community performance.
