CCH is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for FAHA Manor in Sonoma, CA. This role supports the management of the Senior Community, ensuring a positive environment for employees and residents. The Assistant Community Manager (ACM) supports and advances all efforts to maintain the efficient and safe management of an assigned Senior Community. The ACM helps maintain positive rapport and communication with fellow employees, residents, regulatory agencies, and community constituents.
This position will report directly to the Community Manager and does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $24.24 to $28.64 in California (and $20.00 to $24.20 outside California). The majority of new hires are brought in at the minimum of the salary range. CCH offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, an 8% employer contribution for retirement, and more. The position is part-time, non-exempt, scheduled four days per week (Friday through Monday). The role is based at FAHA Manor, located at 91 W. Verano Ave., Sonoma, CA 95476.
Physical demands include continual sitting, typing, and repetitive computer use for up to 8 hours a day. The position also requires frequent communication with others, including hearing and speaking clearly with individuals and groups, in person and via phone and video calls.
