CCH is seeking a Property Administrator at Jefferson Street Housing in Napa, CA. You will manage accurate financial recordkeeping, income re-certifications, tenant relations, and assist the Community Manager with marketing and regulatory compliance.

This position will report directly to the Community Manager and does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $24.24 - $28.64 in California and $21.22 - $25.67 outside of California. Based on CCH’s compensation philosophy, the majority of new hires are brought in at the minimum of the salary range. This position is based at Jefferson Street Housing, located at 3400 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.
Physical demands include continual sitting, typing, and repetitive computer use for up to 8 hours a day. The position also requires frequent communication with others, including hearing and speaking clearly with individuals and groups, in person and via phone and video calls.
