The Communities of River Crossing in St. Paul, MN is seeking a proactive Community Manager Support to join Stonebridge Communities, LLC.

This role supports the Community Manager in supervising daily operations, occupancy goals, leasing, and staff oversight to deliver exceptional resident service. Applicants should have at least 3 years in multifamily property management or hospitality, strong supervisory and leasing skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and leadership skills are required.
• Sales and leasing skills are essential for filling units.
• 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to supervise and monitor daily Community operations.
• Assist the Community Manager to improve and maintain occupancy.
• Assist in manage all leasing and administrative operations.
• Assist in hiring and supervising all on-site leasing and maintenance/field staff.
• Assist in handling current residents and former resident complaints.
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards and employment and safety laws.
• Understand and comply with Federal, State and local health and safety regulations and recommendations.
• Hold exceptional customer service skills.
• Assist in accomplishing set financial objectives for the Community (collection, delinquency rates, etc.).
• Assist in improving and maintaining curb appeal and Community appearance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Position Summary

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced goal oriented, out-going, independent, and self-motivated individual with an aptitude for sales, customer service and follow through to join a professional and friendly work environment.
