Timberland Partners in Rochester, MN is seeking a Property Manager for the Jordan Mills & Creek community (181 units). You will oversee staffing, marketing, maintenance and resident relations to ensure a well-run property.

Responsibilities include monitoring rental rates, addressing resident concerns, coordinating move-ins, budgeting, and leading on-site staff. Requires prior property management experience, knowledge of Fair Housing, and MS Office proficiency; YARDI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required.
• 2+ years of on-site Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Manager experience or 3+ years of supervisory experience with customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Active apartment association membership preferred.
• Industry designations strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college-level education strongly preferred.

• Prepare annual budgets.
• Ensure deposits and rents are collected in a timely manner.
• Set work schedules for on-site employees.
• Lead by example and support staff development.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
