Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Community Manager located in Miami, FL. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the community, engaging with residents, assisting in leasing activities, and coordinating community events and activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in property management or customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
