Summary and Objectives:

As Assistant Community Manager II, your primary responsibility is to foster positive relationships with residents. You will serve as a liaison for residents, addressing concerns, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the overall living experience.

The Assistant Community Manager II supports the Community Manager & Assistant Community Manager I in overseeing The Q Community. In the absence of the Community Manager, Assistant Managers assume full responsibility for community objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Resident Relations: Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, serve as a point of contact, conduct outreach, address issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Community Management: Assist with move-ins/outs, lease documentation, rent collection, maintenance requests, enforce policies, conduct inspections, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Use technology like Microsoft Office and Yardi/CRM, manage inventory, stay updated on industry trends, and participate in emergency rotations.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist leasing team with apartment showings and fulfill other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous property management experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi/CRM preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift up to 20 pounds.
