Assistant Community Manager - Canoga Park, CA

Join us as an Assistant Community Manager - Canoga Park, CA at USA Properties Fund, Inc.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 161-unit senior community located in Canoga Park, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Community Manager and requires residence at the community, with an on-site apartment provided at no charge. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26 to $27, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in managing daily operations and achieving property objectives set by the Regional Property Manager and property owner.
  • Help maintain accurate reports on rents and deposits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • In the Community Manager’s absence, assume full responsibilities for property management.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least six months of on-site property management experience at a Tax Credit; Section 42 property (LIHTC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Experience with YARDI Voyager is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
