Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

Join Lyon Living as an Assistant Community Manager and be part of a dynamic team managing apartment communities in Breve Park and Sedona. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are seeking customer service-driven individuals to support property operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Responsibilities include handling delinquent accounts, processing rental activity, conducting community tours, managing lease paperwork, and supporting resident retention programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of industry experience
  • Proficiency in accounting, legal, and software tools like Microsoft Office and Real Page
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
