What You’ll Do
- Assist in leasing, touring, move-in processes, and occupancy of the community
- Oversee daily rent collections and accounts receivable
- Resolve resident issues to ensure resident satisfaction
- Assist in monitoring community income to exceed budgetary goals
- Ensure the community and staff follow Fair Housing regulations and other laws governing multi-family operations
- Assist Community Manager with customer billing, invoicing, and overall community performance
- Review and process accounts payable (invoicing)
- Responsible for weekly and monthly owner reporting
- Oversee leasing, touring, move-in processes, and maintain occupancy
- Walk buildings, vacant units, and property regularly
- Create and oversee staff schedules and renewal processes
- Participate in local chamber, AAKC, or other activities representing NorthPoint
- Contribute to charitable activities to “Live Generously”
- Perform any other additional tasks as required
Who You Are
- High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in excellent customer service
- Entrata/Yardi experience is a plus, but not required
- NAA/Blue Moon lease agreement knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Mathematical skills to perform daily duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Windows, and Google applications
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and self-motivation
- Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on with a strong service orientation
- Logical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Confident when interacting with team members and outside parties
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Physical ability to carry/transport items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Capable of moving, bending, squatting, and performing daily responsibilities
