Join ConcordRENTS to advance your career while working for a company with over a 30-year history investing in maintaining our community and our team members. We offer industry-leading starting wages and rental discounts ranging from 20% to 50% at participating communities for select team members.

Our team members' commitment is supported by ConcordRENTS' belief that everyone has a right to earn a living wage and prepare for a secure retirement. We invest in our team through a rich 401-K program with a company match of up to $5,250 annually, including a 150% match on the first 3% invested.

Many industry-experienced candidates cite lack of investment in previous roles as a reason for career change. Our management approach emphasizes maintaining community value and integrity, providing excellent customer service, and building resident relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

We recognize that teamwork and community spirit are vital to our growth. Our legacy is driven by our ability to adapt to market needs and stay competitive, making ConcordRENTS a meaningful place to work.

This position is suitable if you aim to contribute to community success through leasing, marketing, and administrative objectives. This involves building rapport with residents, achieving occupancy and retention goals, and maintaining communication across community support systems.

Candidates should have experience with rent collection, report analysis, and addressing customer service needs through clear communication. Ability to work independently with urgency, be solutions-oriented, and proficient with industry technology is essential. Organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks are also required.

Pay is commensurate with experience.
