We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will work directly with the senior property managers and asset managers of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Property Managers in all aspects of property management
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Coordinate and supervise property maintenance staff
• Enforce property rules and regulations
