Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking an Assistant Colorist to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead, delivering a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure while learning the services and advancing toward your next role. Pay includes base hourly pay, commissions and tips, with reported earnings ranging from $26.82 to $28.82 per hour at this location.

This role can be full- or part-time, requires availability at peak times, and includes training for promotion to Licensed

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail; beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist with shampooing, finishing services, styling, blowouts and related treatments.
• Support sales through retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
• Help drive revenue by upselling services, memberships, subscriptions and home care.
