Job summary

Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Colorist to support licensed colorists and lead staff, delivering a premier guest experience from arrival to departure. You will learn services, consult on color, and perform shampooing and conditioning while building guest relationships in a busy salon.

Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with earnings potential in the $21.50–$23.50 per hour range at this location.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level or basic customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Good communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.
• Ability to operate point of sale systems and engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed colorists and shift lead to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Perform behind-the-chair tasks including shampooing, conditioning, and basic color services as trained.
• Support продаж goals by contributing to retail and service sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising standards, and inventory control in the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
• Promote memberships and add-on products to increase ticket size.
