You will learn color theory, client consultations, and services while assisting in shampooing, styling, and product applications. Compensation includes base hourly pay plus commissions and tips, with potential earnings at this location.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail; beauty industry preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts and toner applications.
• Support licensed colorists and shift lead to deliver guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Help achieve monthly sales goals including retail, services and memberships.
