Compensation comprises base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with earnings ranging based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where you apply.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales; beauty industry preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide guest experience aligned with our values.
• Perform behind-the-chair services including shampooing, finishing, styling and color-related tasks.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security in the Hair Color Bar.
• Adhere to Madison Reed policies and procedures and drive revenue through add-ons and memberships.
