Madison Reed is seeking an Assistant Colorist at the Hair Color Bar in Campbell, CA. You will support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure while you learn services and grow toward a Licensed Colorist role.

You will handle consultations, color care products, shampoos and conditioning, blowouts, and contribute to a positive team environment. Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with potential earnings in the

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail; salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon setting.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate teamwork to deliver a guest experience aligned with our values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, treatments and toners.
• Support achievement of monthly sales goals including retail and services.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security in the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, and procedures.
• Increase revenue through upselling services, memberships, and products.
• Engage in training to grow from Assistant Colorist to Licensed Colorist.
