Job summary

You’ll learn services, assist with consultations, and promote color solutions while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Learning opportunities include training toward Licensure in 3–9 months. Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with potential earnings ranging from $29.75 to $31.75

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail; salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with our values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and color-related add-ons.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs (retail, services, memberships).
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and security of the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Help grow revenue through service tickets, memberships, subscriptions, and home care sales.
• Support the Colorist to Colorist training and developing behind-the-chair skills.
