Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the collections department and supervise staff.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback.
• Manage delinquent consumer, credit card, indirect, commercial, and real estate loans.
• Identify repayment solutions and loss mitigation options.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policy.
