Job summary

Park University is seeking a part-time Assistant Coach for Women's Volleyball at the Gilbert, Arizona campus. In this support role to the Head Coach, you will assist with practices, recruiting, scheduling, and skill development, while monitoring academics and coordinating camps as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree preferred, college coaching or recruiting experience, knowledge of NAIA/HAAC rules, and a valid driver's license.

• Knowledge of NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference rules and regulations.
• Experience developing and motivating student-athletes academically and athletically.
