Job summary

Park University is seeking a part-time Assistant Coach for Women's Volleyball at the Gilbert, Arizona campus. In this support role to the Head Coach, you will assist with practices, recruiting, scheduling, and skill development, while monitoring academics and coordinating camps as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree preferred, college coaching or recruiting experience, knowledge of NAIA/HAAC rules, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• College coaching and recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference rules and regulations.
• Experience developing and motivating student-athletes academically and athletically.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with all phases of the program (varsity and reserve).
• Coaching, recruiting, coordinating and organizing practices, scheduling, monitoring academics, weight room, player skill development, and skill evaluation.
• Gameday administration, fundraising, game-related activities, and camps/clinics.
