The role supports the Head Coach in all aspects of program operation, including coaching, recruiting, practice coordination, and academic monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- College coaching and recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success coaching at collegiate/university or professional level.
- Knowledge of NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference rules.
- Proven integrity and ability to develop student athletes academically and athletically.
- Experience working with diverse backgrounds.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Must pass pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Support Head Coach in all phases of the program for varsity and reserve teams.
- Assist with coaching, recruiting, practices, scheduling, and academics.
- Coordinate weight room, player skill development, and evaluation.
- Assist with gameday administration, fundraising, camps, and clinics.
- Must obtain certification to transport students to events.
