Texas State University is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Coach – Women's Gymnastics for the Texas State Athletic Department. This position is full-time and benefits eligible and reports to the Head Women's Gymnastics Coach.
The Assistant Coach for Women's Gymnastics is responsible for coaching student-athletes at the highest level during practice and meets, the assessment of prospective student-athletes, creation of individualized training plans for each student-athlete on various events, development of overall routine construction, participating in public relations, marketing and fundraising for the women's gymnastics program and the athletic department, retaining current student-athletes by fostering an environment of positive culture and connection to the university, assisting with summer camps and clinics, and complying with NCAA and Texas State University rules and regulations. Various other duties as assigned by the head coach.
