Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk personnel and support the General Manager in day-to-day operations at the Waterford club. You will multi-task in a fast-paced environment, drive key metrics, and ensure excellent member service during evenings and weekends.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 6 months supervisor/manager experience in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive club metrics in alignment with business performance.
• Develop knowledge of services, programs and products and current competitors.
• Assist in interviewing and recruitment by conducting initial phone interviews.
• Monitor inventory and analyze sales with GM to improve performance.
• Uphold company standards and maintain a clean, friendly club environment.
