Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience including direct client care.
• Strong leadership, growth mindset and clinical excellence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; supervisory experience a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
