You will carry a caseload, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with clinicians to shape high-quality treatment plans.

As you mentor staff and ensure HIPAA compliance, you’ll expand your supervisory skills, document progress, and participate in professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training.
• Experience in assessment and intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training and parent coaching.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
