You will partner with the Center Manager to drive daily operations, achieve sales goals, and elevate team performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and hands-on floor presence, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Full-time, in-person position in Mira Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record in sales, team development, and leadership.
• Flexible days, evenings, and weekend availability.
• Experience coaching and developing associates to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and drive center performance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering guest loyalty.
• Inspire, coach, and develop associates through accountability, recognition, and performance management.
• Create a positive, energetic, and results-focused culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.
• Implement systems, processes, and best practices designed to support a high-performing center.
• Utilize business metrics and reporting tools to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements.
• Create and maintain visual tracking tools, reports, and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling, inventory control, payroll support, and reporting.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and special events to drive brand awareness and guest acquisition.
• Spend approximately 80% of your time leading the guest and employee experience on the center floor.
