European Wax Center in Murrieta, CA is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales performance. You’ll focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and training to exceed goals.

This in-person role requires strong leadership, a sales-driven mindset, and excellent communication to manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day tasks while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon operations.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
