Job summary

U-Haul is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fresno to oversee daily center operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer care and ensure efficient service at the center.

The role requires leadership, customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work various shifts. Training and advancement opportunities are provided by U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Leadership experience and customer service background needed.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts and responsibilities across a busy center.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of center in GM’s absence.
• Make decisions to allocate time and resources to projects.
• Manage and assign team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as hitch installations and brake control checks.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
