U-Haul International, Inc. seeks an assistant general manager to take on day-to-day center operations and lead a motivated team. You will supervise staff, allocate resources, and ensure a high level of customer care while stepping in for the General Manager when needed.

The role offers hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a broad benefits package. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Leadership experience in any form.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations in GM's absence.
• Allocate time and resources to appropriate projects.
• Direct and assign team members to ensure top customer service.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
