Job summary

European Wax Center Naples is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a fast-paced front-of-house team. You will coach staff, drive guest experience, and partner with the Center Leadership Team to hit KPIs while ensuring smooth operations.

The role is full-time, hourly, with strong earning potential through commissions and benefits. Local marketing, payroll oversight, and exceptional service are key focuses for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or other fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong coaching and guest-service mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Experience using POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
