Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with children ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft platforms is a plus.
• CPR certification required; prior pediatric coaching a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and drive KPIs, sales, and retention.
• Lead coaching staff and develop team through LearnUpon.
• Partner with GM on onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize center profitability.
• Maintain safety and high-energy coaching for kids.
