Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Our client, ice cream manufacturing is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager?to join their team. The ideal candidate will have communication, multi-tasking, and quick to respond skills and a passion for marketing which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

Location: (Englewood Cliffs, NJ / Hybrid)

Pay Range: $40- $54hourly

Contract: 6 Month(extension possible)

What’s the Job?

• Assists the Brand team to deliver some or all of the steps of the Marketing flow of work (Strategy, positioning, innovation, engagement, activation and / or measurement)
  
• Developing and Managing Innovation Pipeline with a cross functional team to ensure packaging, product and customer demands are launched on time and in full, across a complex global supply chain.
  
• Lead consumer research by partnering with Insights team to conduct research on new innovation, communication assets and product concepts
  
• Partner closely with Operations marketing team to ensure flawless execution in market
  
• Lead Purpose driven communication writing and development for creative agency brief and lead the development of final assets

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
    
  • 5+ years in Marketing in foods or nutrition industry, with some experience in Innovation Crafting helpful
    
  • A well-informed food & beverage “gut” coupled with an eye for aesthetic, design and attention for details
    
  • Passion for marketing and big iconic brands and desire to leave a mark
    
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking.
