Ben & Jerry’s is seeking a creative, driven, empathic, analytical, and organized Assistant Brand Manager to join our mission and use our business to create positive change while making the best ice cream possible. This role will primarily work with the Senior Brand Operations Manager to deliver shopper marketing strategies (traditional, omni, and e-commerce), brand performance analytics, NPD innovation for Mexico, in-market activations, and product marketing for key extensions beyond the pint. Responsibilities include project management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering marketing programs on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This role includes:

  • Developing shopper marketing strategies based on brand JTBD and ensuring team accountability.
  • Managing shopper marketing budgets for various retail channels.
  • Partnering with retailers, brand marketing, creative, and digital teams to determine programs.
  • Tracking and analyzing program performance to improve ROI.

And more responsibilities related to go-to-market planning, execution, optimization, customer and channel opportunities, innovation projects, and brand initiatives, all aimed at driving growth, engagement, and brand equity.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, product development, or brand management.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for brand and innovation.
  • Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Office setting with some repetitive motion.
  • Travel less than 20% as needed.
  • Hybrid work model, with at least two days in-office, located in South Burlington, VT, or Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
