Job description

In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in driving our retail brand presence to the next level. As Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll collaborate across Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Innovation to bring our product stories to life on-shelf, support retail sell-through, and help make sure RYZE shows up in stores as beautifully as it does online. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Help execute grocery channel brand plans including packaging updates, new product launches, and retail campaigns
  • Partner with Trade Marketing on demos, promotions, POS materials, and display rollouts to ensure flawless execution
  • Analyze syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) to monitor velocity, ACV, and share; translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain messaging, tone, and visual alignment across planograms, endcaps, seasonal displays, and in-store touchpoints
  • Work with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to manage project timelines, promotional calendars, and packaging refreshes
  • Synthesize trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to identify whitespace and guide future innovation

Education and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of brand, trade marketing, or shopper marketing experience in a CPG, food & beverage, or wellness brand
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with SPINS, Nielsen, or IRI is a plus
