Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union is seeking a Branch Team Lead I for our Ashland Avenue location in Green Bay. The role oversees teller line operations, trains the team, and ensures a premier member experience.

You will partner with the branch manager on coaching, scheduling, and onboarding while promoting the credit union’s mission and values. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Two years of previous financial industry experience required.
• Two years previous supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully resolve conflict and problem solve.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coaching the team and supporting members.
• Spanish and English bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, motivates, and trains branch team members.
• Oversees daily teller line operations and branch operations.
• Promotes Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Assists with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provides daily performance coaching and growth guidance to staff.
• Delivers exceptional member experience and resolves issues.
• Maintains knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Schedules team members and manages branch coverage.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Opens new accounts and builds member relationships.
