Job summary

Worldpac is seeking an Assistant Branch Operations Manager to learn all branch operations and assist the Branch Operations Manager in directing day-to-day activities at the Augusta branch.

You will support safety compliance, staff development, and a service-oriented culture while helping manage operations, staffing, and budgeting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years leadership in warehouse/stock area.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• US work authorization.
• Able to open/close warehouse Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Comply with state driver’s license requirements for delivery duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Willing to pursue powered equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Review and follow safety procedures; model compliance for the team.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach in all actions.
• Assist in learning all Branch Management functions including budgeting.
• Operate company vehicles to deliver orders or collect returns safely.
• Other duties may be assigned.
